About JC Dance Academy

JC Dance Academy is a dance school in Warrington, near Stockton Heath and Latchford, just off Wilderspool Causeway. It takes its name from its founder, Jennifer Corcoran.

Jenny has been dancing since the age of three and holds a range of qualifications and credits — you can read more about her here.

She previously operated from a number of locations: community centres, leisure centres, private function rooms. Once the number of students she taught reached a level that warranted premises of her own, a suitable building was found.

What is now JC Dance Academy was taken on as a run-down community building and transformed. A great deal of investment has gone into creating one of the most popular dance schools in Warrington.

Classes are available for all ages, from two right through to sixty-five and beyond. The children's classes are particularly popular, operating a specially designed syllabus called Dancing Dots — featuring Ballerina Bear and Hip Hop Hippo, characters the children love. Popular adult classes include adult ballet, adult tap and Zumba Fitness.
