Every class we run, Monday to Saturday. Filter by day, or read the whole week. New students are welcome in any class that isn't marked invite only — the best first step is usually a trial class.

Where classes take place
All classes run at our own building on River Road, just off Wilderspool Causeway, with free parking on site. Studio One and Studio Two are our two main teaching spaces. A few Saturday classes run in Studio Four, a converted gym space we use for smaller groups.
Wingin' It
Our parents' crew meets on Tuesday evenings at 7.45pm. It doesn't appear in the timetable above because it runs a little differently to a normal class — ask us about it if you're curious.
