Adult ballet

Three levels across the week — beginners, beginners/intermediate, and intermediate/advanced — so there is somewhere sensible to start whatever your experience.

A good number of our adult students began in their forties, fifties or later. Some danced as children and came back to it decades on; some had never set foot in a studio. Both are entirely normal here, and nobody is watching you.

There is no uniform, no examination requirement, and no expectation that you'll perform. Pointe work coaching is available for those who want it.
