Dance classes near Appleton, Warrington
Families across Appleton, Appleton Thorn and Stretton bring their children to JC Dance Academy for graded ISTD ballet, tap and modern, and for the street and musical-theatre classes.
It is a straightforward run in along the A49 London Road through Stockton Heath, then over the canal to River Road — and the free on-site parking makes the mid-week class run painless.
Finding us
JC Dance Academy, River Road, off Wilderspool Causeway, Warrington, WA4 6ZD — just off the Causeway behind Kwik Fit. We are the only building attached to the park with its own car park.
Parking is free for anyone visiting, so the class run is straightforward from anywhere in south and central Warrington.
What we teach
Classes run from age two to sixty-five and beyond, six days a week:
- Cecchetti ballet, tap and modern for children, with Ofqual-accredited ISTD graded examinations
- Street and breakdance crews, from beginners to the competition teams
- Musical theatre — singing, dancing and acting together
- Pre-school classes from six months old, with a grown-up at first
- Adult ballet, tap and Zumba — all abilities, no experience needed
Coming from Appleton
Come up London Road through Stockton Heath village, carry straight on over the swing bridge, and River Road is immediately on your left. Allow a little longer at the start and end of the school day.
Trying a class
New students are welcome to book a trial in any class that has space. We follow the local Warrington school terms, so families can plan holidays without paying for classes they will miss. Fees are paid by the term.
