Dance classes near Great Sankey, Warrington
Great Sankey and Chapelford families travel across town to the academy for ballet, tap and modern grades, the street crews and the adult classes.
From the west of town it is a straight route in along the A57 Sankey Way and Wilderspool Causeway, with our own car park at the end of it rather than the leisure-centre car parks.
Finding us
JC Dance Academy, River Road, off Wilderspool Causeway, Warrington, WA4 6ZD — just off the Causeway behind Kwik Fit. We are the only building attached to the park with its own car park.
Parking is free for anyone visiting, so the class run is straightforward from anywhere in south and central Warrington.
What we teach
Classes run from age two to sixty-five and beyond, six days a week:
- Cecchetti ballet, tap and modern for children, with Ofqual-accredited ISTD graded examinations
- Street and breakdance crews, from beginners to the competition teams
- Musical theatre — singing, dancing and acting together
- Pre-school classes from six months old, with a grown-up at first
- Adult ballet, tap and Zumba — all abilities, no experience needed
Coming from Great Sankey
Take Sankey Way and Chester Road towards the town centre, then follow Wilderspool Causeway south; River Road is signed near the retail park. Sankey Valley Park and the Leisure Hub are about fifteen minutes away.
Trying a class
New students are welcome to book a trial in any class that has space. We follow the local Warrington school terms, so families can plan holidays without paying for classes they will miss. Fees are paid by the term.
