Dance classes near Lymm, Warrington
A number of Lymm families choose JC Dance Academy for its full range of classes and its ISTD exam work, making the trip in from the village and the lanes around Lymm Dam.
It is a clear run along the B5158 and Cliff Lane towards Grappenhall, then across the ship canal to Wilderspool — and the free parking is a welcome change from the village on a busy morning.
Finding us
JC Dance Academy, River Road, off Wilderspool Causeway, Warrington, WA4 6ZD — just off the Causeway behind Kwik Fit. We are the only building attached to the park with its own car park.
Parking is free for anyone visiting, so the class run is straightforward from anywhere in south and central Warrington.
What we teach
Classes run from age two to sixty-five and beyond, six days a week:
- Cecchetti ballet, tap and modern for children, with Ofqual-accredited ISTD graded examinations
- Street and breakdance crews, from beginners to the competition teams
- Musical theatre — singing, dancing and acting together
- Pre-school classes from six months old, with a grown-up at first
- Adult ballet, tap and Zumba — all abilities, no experience needed
Coming from Lymm
Follow the signs for Warrington through Oughtrington and Grappenhall, join Knutsford Road, then Wilderspool Causeway; River Road is on the left. From the Cross it is a comfortable fifteen minutes or so.
Trying a class
New students are welcome to book a trial in any class that has space. We follow the local Warrington school terms, so families can plan holidays without paying for classes they will miss. Fees are paid by the term.
