Dance classes for teenagers
Students who have grown up through the syllabus generally move into Intermediate Cecchetti ballet — with pointe work coaching, and an invite-only competition class for those who go furthest — alongside Intermediate tap and the higher grades of ISTD modern, where exams can carry UCAS points.
For students who prefer performing to precision, the Advanced street & breakdance crew and musical theatre both continue at this age, and it's entirely normal to take more than one style.
